Meet the Founder
Satish Chandar, founder of AP College of Journalism (APCJ) in 1997, is a distinguished editor, columnist, and TV host. He played a key role in launching Vaartha daily and revitalizing Andhra Prabha as Chief Editor. A prolific author of 23 books, some part of university curricula, he is also a member of the Editors Guild of India.
As an educator, he has trained journalists who now hold top positions in leading newspapers, TV channels, and digital media. His expertise in editorial leadership has shaped CEOs, editors, and senior journalists across India. Along with his faculty, he continues to mentor aspiring journalists at APCJ.
